1 Duncan Hines Yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (juice and all)
4 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil

Mix well. Pour into 9x13 inch pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until done when tested with toothpick. Set aside to cool.

TOPPING:

1 Cool Whip (8 oz.)
1 instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Beat with mixer until well blended. Refrigerate cake.
