SPAGHETTI BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 lg. can mushrooms
2 c. water chestnuts, sliced, drained
1 1/2 lbs. cooked ground beef

Cook first 5 ingredients until tender. Add the two mixtures together. Cook one small box of spaghetti; add salt. Add 1 small can Parmesan cheese. Place in casserole dish. Cover with American cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
