ENGLISH PANCAKES 
2 cups flour
1 egg
1 pint milk
Stick of butter
Sugar
Lemon juice

Put flour in a mixing bowl and add beaten egg. Mix in the egg and add milk until you have a liquid batter. Make sure you have no lumps.

Add a little butter to the warm frying pan. Put two Tbsp. batter and move around until you have a thin pancake layer. When one side is brown toss over and cook the second side.

Place pancake on plate and sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice. Roll up pancake and enjoy!
