GLAZED CINNAMON BREAKFAST LOAF 
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. raisins

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan, 9"x5"x3". Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, reserve. Beat baking mix, granulated sugar, milk and eggs in large bowl on low speed. Stir in raisins. Pour 1/3 batter into pan, sprinkle with about 3 tablespoons of brown sugar mixture. Repeat 2 times with remaining batter and brown sugar mixture. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 40 to 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. Drizzle with glaze.

CREAMY GLAZE: Beat 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, softened, 3/4 teaspoon vanilla and 2 to 3 teaspoons hot water until smooth and of desired consistency.
