1 pt. figs, mashed 2 eggs 1 stick butter 3 heaping tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. pecans 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. coconut Cream butter and sugar. Add unbeaten eggs. Sift in all dry ingredients. Add vanilla, coconut, pecans, and figs. Beat well. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Test with toothpick. |
