STUFFED PEPPER WITH HAM 
6 green peppers
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 1/2 c. lean, chopped cooked ham
2 c. boiled rice
Salt
Pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 c. buttered crumbs

Remove centers from peppers and parboil 5 to 10 minutes. Make a filling with the other ingredients, sprinkle the inside of the peppers with salt, and fill with mixture, cover with buttered bread crumbs and bake 20 to 25 minutes in moderate oven (350 degrees).
