MOON CAKE 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Cool Whip

Boil water and butter in pan. Add 1 cup flour and stir until it forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool. Beat in 4 eggs, one at a time, with wooden spoon. Spread on ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Mix 2 packages instant pudding as directed. Beat cream cheese (softened) and spread over crust. Spread 8 ounces Cool Whip on top.

GLAZE:

2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3 or 4 tbsp. milk

Melt chocolate and butter. Add powdered sugar and milk. Cool and pour over Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
