ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts packed in water, drained
1 c. grated cheese (Parmesan)
1/2-1 c. mayonnaise

Mix artichoke hearts with cheese and mayonnaise. Spoon mixture into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Serve with veggies or crackers or whatever. May also be spooned into hollowed out French bread. Wrapped in foil to heat.
