CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 oz. pkg. noodles
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion
1 sm. can mushrooms, stems and pieces (optional)
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3-4 c. firmly packed diced cooked chicken
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Chinese noodles or French fried onions

Cook noodles and drain. Add to noodles remaining ingredients (except Chinese noodles or French fried onions). Pour into 9x13 dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly. Take out and put noodles or French fried onions on top, then put back into oven until brown.
