CREAMY FRUIT SALAD 
1 pkg. tapioca pudding
1 1/2 c. fruit juice (reserved from canned fruit)
1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 med. can of fruit cocktail
1 can pineapple chunks
4 bananas, sliced
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. mini marshmallows

Prepare pudding using fruit juice instead of milk. When pudding boils, remove from heat. Fold in Cool Whip; add marshmallows and canned fruit. Cool. Add bananas just before serving. May be made the day before.
