CREAMY FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 sliced banana
1/4 c. Maraschino cherries, sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
8-1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Blend sugar, sour cream, lemon juice and salt. Stir in other ingredients. Pour into individual cupcake molds. Freeze. Serve on lettuce leaf.
