PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE | |
1 c. butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. crushed pineapple 4 to 5 slices cubed bread Place bread in greased or buttered casserole dish. Cream 1 cup butter and 1 cup sugar, add beaten eggs. Fold in pineapple, pour over bread. Bake at 350 degrees 1/2 hour, covered with foil. |
