BROWN JUG CHEESE SOUP 
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 qt. water
1 c. onions
1 c. diced celery
1 c. carrots, diced
2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 cans evaporated milk
1 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook bouillon cubes, water, celery, onions and carrots for 20 minutes. Add potatoes and mushrooms. Cook all 30 minutes. Add soups and milk. I put everything in my crock pot. Then I add my cheese. Cut your cheese in small pieces. This makes a large crock pot full.
