16 oz. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
Empty bucket

Place Oreo cookies through food processor until finely ground. Set aside. Mix stick of softened butter, cream cheese and confectioners' (powdered) sugar. Blend together with mixer, set aside. Mix together pudding and milk. Blend with mixer. Blend in Cool Whip. Let stand 5 minutes so runny. Blend cream cheese mixture and pudding mixture. Layer bucket, beginning and ending with cookies, Gummy worms are optional.
