STEW BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. boneless stew beef, cut in sm. pieces
3 or 4 med. potatoes, sliced
4 or 5 carrots, cut in half
1 med. onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Place stew beef in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Add potatoes, carrots, and onions in layers. Add salt and pepper to taste and garlic or any other seasoning that you prefer. Add NO water. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for three hours. Serve over hot rice.
