CREAM CHEESE COFFEECAKE 
2 pkgs. crescent dinner rolls
1 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
Cinnamon

Place 1 package of dinner rolls unrolled in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. Spread over dough. Cover with second package of dinner rolls (unrolled). Beat egg whites until frothy, spread on top of rolls. Top with sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
