CENTRAL VALLEY SALAD 
1 lg. head Romaine lettuce
1/4 lb. black grapes, halved and seeded
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. red onion, sliced
1 avocado, peeled and sliced

Tear up lettuce into large pieces. Toss with grapes, onions, orange, and avocado pieces. Just before serving, toss with Lemon Mustard Dressing.

LEMON MUSTARD DRESSING:

1 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously until well blended. Cover tightly and refrigerate. This will keep up to 2 weeks.
