LASAGNA - MICROWAVE 
1/2 lb. ground meat
32 oz. sauce
1/2 c. water
15 oz. ricotta
1 egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 uncooked noodles
1/2 lb. mozzarella
1/2 c. Parmesan

In glass bowl crumble ground meat. Let power on high. Heat 2-3 minutes. Stir once. Drain grease. Add sauce and water.

Meanwhile combine ricotta, egg and spices. Put 1/3 meat and sauce mixture into 9 x 12 inch glass pan. Place 4 noodles on top. Put 1/2 ricotta over noodles and 1/2 mozzarella. Repeat. Top with remaining sauce. Cover completely and seal. Heat high 8 minutes, medium - low (3-4) 30 minutes or until noodles feel soft. Let stand 15 minutes. Put on ground cheese. Add more meat, cheese and egg. Cook about 15 minutes on (3-4) longer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
