REFRIGERATOR RASPBERRY PIE 
1 1/2 c. finely ground graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Roll cracker crumbs very fine with rolling pin. Mix the cracker crumbs with the powdered sugar in pie plate, add butter and mix together well (use your hands). Press the mixture firmly into the pie plate about 1/4 inch from the edges of the plate. Put the pie shell into the refrigerator to firm.

FILLING:

1 sm. pkg. raspberry flavored Jello
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cold water or berry juice
2 c. raspberries, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. whipping cream
