BOURSIN CHEESE 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. minced parsley
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. Morton's Nature salt

Mix and let stand 1 day in refrigerator. Serve with snack crackers.

OPTIONAL: Stick mound of cheese with almonds (whole, sliced or slivered). Cover all over.
