2 gal. apple cider
25 whole cloves
5 cinnamon sticks
3/4 c. brown sugar

Fill 36 cup urn to one inch from top. Add cloves and cinnamon sticks in a cheesecloth bag. Stir in brown sugar. Heat two hours or so, stirring occasionally. 36 cups.
