SOUR CHERRY PIE | |
3 tbsp. cornstarch 3/4 c. sugar (1/2 for tart) 1 c. cherry juice 4 c. cherries 1. Drain cherries (save juice). 2. Heat 3/4 cups of juice and sugar. 3. Pour 3/4 cups of juice and sugar and cornstarch in boiler, cook until thick. 4. Add cherries, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. 5. Pour into crust and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
