CHILI CON CARNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. tomatoes, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 bay leaf
1 can kidney beans, drained
1/2 c. ripe olives, chopped

Cook and stir ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender. Combine remaining ingredients except kidney beans. Simmer two hours. Stir in beans and heat.
