CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
3/4 c. chopped sweet pickles
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. white grapes
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. pickle juice (if bought pickles, add 1 tsp. sugar)
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix well. Serve with on lettuce or make sandwich on finger rolls.
