CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
3 tbsp. oil
4 deboned chicken legs or breast
8 mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 pkg. chow mein seasoning
3 tbsp. soy sauce added to seasoning
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Stir fry chicken pieces, mix in stir fry mix. Stir fry onion, mushroom, celery and bell pepper.

Combine all ingredients and simmer. Serve over plain rice or Rice-A-Roni or Suzi Won Chicken flavored rice. Add no salt. Serves 4.
