PECAN CRUNCH TORTE | |
6 egg whites 2 c. sugar 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 c. pecans, chopped (or walnuts) 1/2 tsp. baking powder Beat egg whites until stiff and gradually beat in the sugar. Add graham cracker crumbs and chopped pecans and baking powder. Spread into a sprayed or buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve topped with Cool Whip and topped with coconut, nuts or shaved Hershey bar. Serves 12. |
