LONDON BROIL 
1 c. corn oil (don't substitute oil)
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
London Broil

24 hours before serving, prepare the marinade using the first 6 ingredients. Put in blender and mix until thick. Pour over meat and refrigerate. At serving time, pour some of the marinade on the London broil and broil 5 minutes. Turn, spoon on more marinade and broil 5 minutes more. Meat should be medium rare. Slice, pour marinade over (it's like a gravy) and serve. Absolutely delicious.
