CAKE 
Grease a 12 cup bundt pan. Use sugar or graham crackers to dust sides.

2 tbsp. butter, melt 1 min. on high
1 (12 oz.) jar orange marmalade or jam
1/2 c. coconut

Mix together, then put mixture on the bottom of bundt pan.

Mix a yellow cake mix as directed. Pour onto orange mixture.

Cook on high for 13 minutes, let stand 5 minutes. Turn on cake plate. (Marmalade will drizzle down side of cake.) Decorate with cherries.

Received at a microwave cooking class.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
