CHICKEN SALAD 
1 stewing hen
6 or 7 stalks celery
1 pt. mixed pickles
1 pt. salad dressing
1 or 2 c. chicken stock

Cook hen until meat comes off bone. Grind in food chopper the celery and meat. Mix with pickles, salad dressing and chicken stock. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a little vinegar from pickles.
