BANANA-NUT BREAD | |
1/2 c. cooking oil 2 eggs 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. white sugar 3 ripe bananas, mashed 1/4 c. buttermilk 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine Combine oil, eggs, and sugar; cream well. Add bananas to creamed mixture. Add buttermilk. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake in well greased and floured loaf pan at 325 degrees for 50- minutes or until done. |
