PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4 pork chops
1 med. onion, sliced
1 can celery soup
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. rice (not instant)
2 soup cans water

Brown pork chops. Put in baking dish. Place sliced onion on each chop. Sprinkle raw rice over chops. Pour soup and water over. Put 1 can of water in skillet where chops were cooked and pour over mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
