CHICKEN PASTRY 
DOUGH:

4 oz. sour cream
1 oz. butter
4 oz. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
2-3 c. flour

STUFFING:

Shredded chicken, cooked
1 lg. potato, cooked, diced
Raisins
1 onion, cut up into sm. pieces
1 green pepper, cut into sm. pieces
Dash of sugar
Dash of salt

Mix all the dough ingredients to make dough. Mix all stuffing ingredients to make stuffing. Stretch the dough on a cloth. Cut it up in circular patterns of about 3 inches. Place stuffing on the circular pattern and cover with another one. Seal the edges in the shape of a rope. Sprinkle sugar. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
