BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box corn muffin mix, dry
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted

Mix all above ingredients and pour into a hot iron skillet, greased with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
