2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Wesson oil, use this one only
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 sm. jars strained baby food plums

Sift dry ingredients; add all other and mix well at low speed on mixer. Bake in greased Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn out in about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or make glaze.
