BROCCOLI DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 cans cream of celery soup
4 ribs celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
2 boxes frozen broccoli, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. garlic powder

Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain. Set aside. Cook celery and onion in butter. Add soup and cheese and broccoli and garlic powder. Stir on low heat until cheese melts. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
