CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1 chicken
1 pkg. enchilada shells
1 chopped onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
6 tbsp. Cheese Whiz
1 can water
1 pkg. grated cheddar cheese

Boil the chicken 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Cool and pick off bone. Lay chicken and onion down center of shell and roll up like a taco. Place side by side in cake pan. Heat up soup, Cheese Whiz and water, then pour over enchiladas. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
