8 oz. can Pillsbury Refrigerated Quick Parkerhouse Dinner Rolls
8 frankfurters
8 strips cheddar or American cheese (3" x 1/2" x 1/4")
1/2 c. cornmeal or corn flake crumbs
Wooden skewers or sticks

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Separate dough into 8 rolls. Cut a narrow slit lengthwise in each frankfurter; insert cheese strip in each. Shape 1 roll evenly around each frankfurter, pinching thoroughly to seal. Brush with barbecue sauce; roll in cornmeal. Insert wooden skewer in end of each frankfurter. Place on prepared cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot with catsup and mustard.
