GRANOLA 
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. oats
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 c. coconut
1 c. slivered almonds (optional)
1 c. sunflower seeds (optional)
1/2 c. bran (optional)
1 c. roasted soy beans (optional)

Heat oil, honey and vanilla together and then add all other ingredients and mix well. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, stirring until desired color and crunch.
