EASY CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat or cut up fresh beef
2 med. or 1 lg. can Chinese vegetables
Cornstarch
Bouillon
Rice

Brown meat in skillet. Drain liquid from vegetables into meat and simmer 40-60 minutes, adding water and bouillon as necessary. Add vegetables and a mixture of cornstarch and water to thicken the consistency. Heat through. Prepare rice as directed on box. Serve chop suey over rice with soy sauce.

This recipe can be made in a crock pot, too! Simmer meat on low all day. Add vegetables when you get home.
