1 pkg. "Jiffy" yellow cake mix
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. chocolate chips
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. flour

In a small bowl blend all ingredients well. Spread in a greased 8"x8" pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
