PORK CHOPS WITH VINEGAR PEPPERS 
6 chops
6 vinegar peppers (in a jar)
Italian bread crumbs (1 tsp. of crumbs on each chop)
1 can Cannelini white beans

Bake chops at 375 degrees, about 1 hour until done. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add chopped (1 inch pieces) peppers to baking pan and saute on top of range for a few minutes. Stir to scrape chop drippings from sticking. Add beans, partially drained. Stir while warming. Warm applesauce compliments this hearty winter fare.
