CHEESY POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen O'Brien potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 slices American cheese, cut up

Mix together. Reserve part of cheese to sprinkle on top. Put in greased casserole and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
