CHICKEN BROCCOLI 
6 chicken breasts, seasoned
1 bunch fresh broccoli, parboiled (or 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs (add more to taste)

Bake covered chicken at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Debone. Layer broccoli in 9 x 13 dish. Put chicken on top. Mix soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice; pour over chicken. Top with cheese and crumbs.

Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. If prepared ahead of time and refrigerated, bake covered for 25 minutes and uncovered for 20 minutes.
