PASTA WITH CHICKEN BREASTS 
3 chicken breasts
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. grated Gruyere cheese
1/4 c. imported Parmesan
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
6 scallions, finely chopped
1/2 c. heavy cream
Linguine or fettuccine

Cut breasts into thin strips. Heat butter in heavy skillet; add chicken and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and scallions. Heat 2 minutes. Add flour and stir until all traces disappear. Add cream, cheeses and salt. As soon as cheese melts, pour over hot pasta. Serves 2 as a main course. Easy and delicious!
