CALAMARI SALAD 
1/2 lb. cleaned squid (boiled 15 min.)
1/2 lb. boiled shrimp (remove shell)

Mix: 3 cloves minced garlic 3/4 c. olive oil Juice of 1 lemon

Cool squid (calamari) and shrimp. Cut shrimp and squid in bite-size pieces. Marinate in above mixture for several hours in refrigerator. Drain lightly and serve on bed of lettuce with lemon slices. (Cleaned, tenderized, cooked octopus can be used this way, too.)
