CHINESE NOODLE SALAD | |
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Chinese noodles (Somen Brand) 1 double pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dry dressing (use 2 c. mayonnaise-no milk) 2 cans shrimp, drained and rinsed 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 c. celery, diced 1 c. green onions, chopped Cook noodles for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Mix with above ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Serve. (Special Ed.) |
