BREAKFAST MUFFINS 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat eggs, stir in milk and oil, mix in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Fill muffin cup 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden. Remove from pan.
