HOLIDAY SALAD 
2 pkgs. cherry Jello (3 oz.)
3 c. water
1 (6 oz.) cream cheese
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. seedless grapes
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water, add 1 cup cold water, let jell until slightly set. Mix cream cheese (soften) lemon juice, cranberry sauce. To this add whipped cream, nuts and grapes (seedless and chopped). Fold into slightly set Jello. Set in refrigerator for several hours.
