EASY CREAM PUFFS 
8 1/4 oz. crushed pineapple
1 c. (8 oz.) prepared whipped topping (not can)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Prepare Anzinetti by slicing off top. Set aside. Drain crushed pineapple, leaving a little juice. Mix whipped topping and cream cheese together in a bowl for about 1 minute at medium speed. Add crushed pineapple and 10X; blend all 4 ingredients about 1 minute at low speed. Drop filling for about 1 minute at low speed. Drop filling from tablespoon on to bottom layer of cookies. Replace top. Refrigerate puffs until ready to serve (filling should be enough to fill all or most of cookies in package).
