CHICKEN AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 chicken
2 onions
Bay leaf
Salt
Chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup (optional)
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
Parmesan cheese
Olives, mushrooms, hard boiled eggs (optional)

Boil chicken with onions, salt, and bay leaf. Remove meat from bones and cut in bite size pieces. Place in casserole with cooked noodles. Mix broth (which may be thickened) with the soup and cheese. Pour over chicken and noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
